Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher is a ticket only voucher for the quantity of people specified on your ticket.

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to the final bill on Christmas Day. This charge is calculated based on the initial price paid per person and is distributed among the team as recognition for their service.

This voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of guest cancellation or reduction in number of guests.

Full pre-payment deposit is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or number of guests reducing. 

Smart casual dress is a minimum requirement for guests attending Christmas Functions.
